2017-2018 Enrollment Information

As part of our enrollment process for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year, the Weld RE-4 School District is offering a developmental screening for children ages 0-5. This screening is held to provide developmental information to families, to help determine eligibility for the Colorado Preschool Program and/or identify preschoolers that may need further testing to determine if they require special education services. The screening includes a check of vision/hearing and assessment of developmental and speech/language skills. The dates for the 2017-2018 school year are:

August 28, 2017
October 30, 2017
January 22, 2018
March 26, 2018

Even if you do not plan on having your child enter preschool in the Fall,

these screenings are open to any parent who would be interested in

finding out their child’s developmental skills.

To schedule an appointment or if you have questions call 686-8010.
